On [REDACTED] the Foundation saw fit to create a new Mobile Task Force composed of various staff members of the Foundation. Reports from Agents [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] have indicated abnormal behavior in the city of [REDACTED], United States. Investigations led Foundation personnel to the headquarters of a previously unknown cult where they quickly secured the site. Mobile Tasks Force managed to secure the site suffering heavy casualties as the cultists were armed with weaponry far to advance for their resources. Later discovered was a portal that seems to lead to another dimension on the very rim of existence. This Mobile Task Force has been founded on the principle of diving through the portal and thoroughly investigating what lies beyond.
