Report a translation problem
You have to open each weapon's .ini file, and replace the line "StartingItem = true" with false. That will make it so the weapons do not appear in your weapons list, but still allow you to use them as skins with XSkin. Keep in mind that you need to do it both for XCOM and the other Factions, as they can provide you with the base gun whenever you unlock one of their units.
It'll also only work with a new campaign, as this will only stop the guns from being added to your Arsenal, but not remove any already added by any other means.
I highly suggest using Notepad++ for this, as it allows you to mass edit files in one go, saving a ton of time.
Keep in mind that this has not being extensively tested past Gatecrasher, so the guns can still possibly appear all of a sudden under certain conditions/events.
