Barneyland Civilization

Description
Adds Barneyland as a Civilization led by Barney the Dinosaur.

UA: One Big Happy Family: 50% less Unhapiness from the number of cities and population. Can annex city states.

UB: Barney's House: Replaces the Palace. Provides 8 happiness and +3 to all yields.

UU: Anthropimorphic Dinosaur: Replaces The worker. Its a cheaper and faster worker.

Dude, this Civ sounds really broken.

the UA is basically India only better with no downsides
the palace replacement is ok, I guess
and an OP worker to top it all off.

The idea is neat though
