Her hair can be posed and bonemerged to the body. I recommend using Advanced Bone tool to do so. Pose her hair first, then bonemerge to body. It used to look pretty bad but I upped the polygon count so now it looks acceptable.

-Shirt posing (it's there in the shirt mesh to allow posing)

Use Advanced Bone Tool

Use Ragdoll Mover to pose.
