By default, XCOM random skills remains hidden (a button allows to show them if you want to).

Depends on "[WOTC] New Promotion Screen by Default" mod.

No class overriden.

@Gutted "[WOTC] New Promotion Screen by Defaul" mod allows to show *ALL* skills.
This one show the regular class skills, but leaves the random skills hidden, as shown in the screenshot.

That mod has a config option to show the skills. What's the point of using this mod then?
