This mod adds the Dominion of Augustria/Agustria, led by king Chagall from Fire Emblem 4: Genealogy of the Holy War to the base game of Sid Meiers Civilization V.
Another Agustrian leader, Eldigan, can be found here: http://steamproxy.net/steamstore

UU : Largest in Jugdral:
Founded cities start with additional territory. Every City founded or Conquered gains a Agustrian Baron, which can be upgraded free of cost at Machinery, Dynamite and Rocketry. 10 extra hitpoints and 100 defense.

Baron
Can not be built, only obtained through the trait.
Costs no maintenance.
Stationary unit, but starts is very strong with its 3 range. Can be upgraded free of cost at Machinery, Dynamite and Rocketry.

UU: Cross Knight
Replaces Knight.
Stronger in Friendly Territory.

UB: Agustrian Village
Replaces Windmill
2 food and 10% more production towards buildings on top of the usual bonuses

Strategy:
As an AI, Chagall isn't too needy, and won't be prone to attacking you too much. He's mostly content with expanding his borders and retaining an iron grip on his own domain. I modded this after his cowardly but vain nature in the original source material. But though he may not be such a single warmonger, he is VERY agreeable when it comes to plotting against someone (harkoning back to him being easily influenced to kill his own father by Manfroy). He is also pretty chatty.

Playing as Augustria, I found that taking Liberty and focusing on expanding until my Unique became obsolete, and then shooting for whatever victory I wanted after that. The Revamp automatically gives the player more meaty and defensible cities and a UB focused on growing it, pushing the expansion narrative even more!

Guessing you saw the screenshot, it is a mod, and gives you a whole lot of control over the game right from the start, here's the link: http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=126959669&searchtext=really+advanced+setup

"Really" Advanced setup?! Is that a mod?

Yeah i think with 2 or even 3 mov (since it's replacing the Lancer) it'll be perfectly fine. If you're keen on giving it a debuff you could consider a slight production cost increase. That i'd leave to you, as you are the artist and this is your mod. I tend to give a lot of feedback on mods but I ultimately respect the end choice of the maker. You guys all do amazing work!

Fair enough, I didn't think much about it since the unit can't really travel, but I see your point regarding the Baron, will update it to have 2 mov soon.

A general rule of thumb. No one likes one movement units. It's just really cumbersome and annoying. I'm glad to finally see this civ, and it was very smart of you to include the Cross-Knight, and I'm glad you made the UA reasonable and not OP. But the 1 move Baron, total drag.
