Revive Costs an Action

Description
This mod makes the Revive ability to counter Chosen dazing attacks cost an action, pretty straightforward. Should serve to make them much more likely to succeed in capturing and interrogation attempts. A real shame, because the new rescue mission is therefore rarely used.

Note that the ability will still appear as green in the UI, I'm not sure how to change that at the moment.

Also added a quick way to configure the disorient chance after reviving in XComGameCore.ini, commented out by default. It's 50%.

I will say this about this specific mod it ups the risk factor. Had my soliders in good postions but as luck would have it I just could not revive and as a result the chosen got what they wanted. Make the chosen scary again. Thanks for this.

I will probably use this on my next run, I agree that Chosen are not the scary encounters they should be.

I so aggree, I've never once had a soldier captured, you'd have to be really badly positioned

Good mod, I will incorporate it into my "hell run" with Grim Horizon at the helm once I'm done with my first run.

Yep. i do agree the chosen are a bit of pushovers.
