Hey man its been about 4 years since I uploaded this and I haven't supported it in the last 2 years. I have gone and checked it out and a lot of the program is outdated so none of the lights work at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience but I have no plans to update this as of yet.

I have downloaded all 3 required addons but when I spawn the car there is an "ERROR" showing above the car, anyway to fix this? thx

A little bit of constructive Criticism - Try to screenshot with the camera tool inside gmod.
