Rauma Town Hall

Description
Do you have an empty 120° corner that needs to be filled with a building from the beginning of 20th century? The town hall of Rauma, Finland is a good choice!

Background
The town hall was originally built as a fire station for the volunteer fire department, but the city council meetings have been held in the building since it was completed in 1901. Today the old town hall is a part of a larger city administration complex.

Stats
Stats similar to vanilla City Hall. Lot size 3×3. Asset is located in Unique buildings menu in level IV tab.

Tris: 3912/354.

Screenshots
Screenshots have been taken with Daylight classic on. The asphalt around the building is painted with Surface Painter. The road textures have been changed with Roads United Europe theme (mod depreceated). VIVID LUT is used. Map theme is Realistic Boreal. The tram tracks come with Snowfall DLC and the tram is Flexity Berlin GT6.

If you use this asset in your city, I'd be happy to see some screenshots! I'll add the best shots to the asset page!

@Haliitti: Finlandia Hall would be interesting. I might consider doing it.

@citiesskylineshasstoppedworking: that's just a normal 2-lane road with tram tracks and parking lanes. Those two yellow cars are parked, not moving.
