Mission Failed! Defeat Music

The is my first mod, and the title should be pretty obvious, it changes the music of defeat and changes it too a familar classic. Remeber to do snd_restart in console (psst!, if you do bind P snd_restart, it will make your life easier.)

(My first mod, went through hell since I didn't know what to do. If you have an issue, I may or may not be able to rectify it.)
