THIS WILL ONLY WORK ON WOTC. IF YOU STUBBORNLY PUT IT ON VANILLA XCOM 2, THE MASKS WILL BE GONE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU RUN INTO ANY PROBLEMS!

Not only did we manage to finish our mission objective, but we actually managed to get more people to join XCOM. As we tried to escape with the Hostile VIP, a nearby ADVENT bank exploded and out came a bunch of guys in these crazy lookin' masks with money bags. Seeing how they hated ADVENT -- we saw bodies of ADVENT troops just outside the bank -- they asked for a ride out. Personally, I didn't like it, but Firebrand told me to bring them in the Skyranger anyway.

"Trust me," Firebrand said. As if that wasn't enough, I noticed MY WHOLE SQUAD grin with eagerness, as if they knew luck was on our side. I didn't get it at first.

Reluctantly I agreed and we brought them in. It wasn't until we brought them in the Avenger that I just realized we just picked up the infamous PAYDAY GANG, the deadliest heisters in the world. Best part? They're willing to join us -- for a good pay that is, if you don't mind Commander..."

"You cannot be serious. One minute one of these Payday guys -- Houston, I think -- lay down heavily wounded and the next thing I know, this Chains guy yells "GET THE &^%$ UP!" and just like that, Houston just magically gets up as if he was fine! I wish I can do that too when I revive the troops..."

Commanders of XCOM, I give you another "new" mod. This is from Overkill Software's Payday masks!

This mod adds the main cast of Payday 2 as well as a couple added characters just for the hell of it. The masks are NOT colorable and are locked according to the cast. For instance, DALLAS WILL ONLY BELONG TO MALES, CLOVER FOR FEMALES, etc. As of now they are as follows:

Q1) Can you ---
Yeah yeah I know what you're going to say. What about the other masks right? Yeah, I'll do others, as well as the Deathwish masks. I'm not sure about doing ALL of the masks, but we'll see. I'm only doing the ones I like. If I get enough requests, I might reconsider.

Q2) Can you do Payday 2's armor?
Nope.

Q3) When will you add mask color customization?
Dunno. Implementing color customization is harder than it looks. Originally I wanted to put that in Update 1.10, but the custom masks looked... less than stellar. Trust me -- you don't want to see it. I'm going to put that in Update #2 instead since I know some of you desperately want the rest of the crew...

Q4) What's the next step in your master modding plan?

I have more details on my Mod Progress Thread. But simply put, I am feeling a bit ambitious and wanting to do some... armor rigging. It ain't easy but I'm gonna give it a shot. Here's what I got so far -- just don't expect them soon though -- they're heavily in WIP -- I mean it...

• Titanfall Addendum (inspired by Don's Titanfall Gear)
  
• The Zero Suit & Hair
  
• Jaune VP from RWBY is also in the works. Be on the lookout, JNPR fans.
  
• Poses from WotC? Maybe (if it's possible that is).
