Sim City 4's Timbuktu

Description
Timbuktu region from Sim City 4 recreated in Cities: Skylines. A lot of liberties were taken to make this map playable so it is not 100% accurate.

This map was created with all 81 tiles being playable in mind, so I would recommend you use the appropriate mods that will allow you to do so.
