[THIS IS NOT A LEAKED MODEL, IT IS BASED OFF OF CONCEPT ART]
An NPC for the sacktick has been made! check out this addon:

This is an enemy that was meant to be in the cut Borealis chapter of HL2's early storyline.
It is a prop, which is fairly small since it is a parasite-like creature.
The model was made using Smoothie-3d and edited in Blender.

@mccanna I think the addon was that one half life 2 Beta NPC pack.

It was deleted because of something about the creator being a "literal terrorist."
