Oak of ages sharing and beastmen invasion in coop campaign

The cooperative campaigns when playing both WE factions lack charm and this mod tries to fix two annoying things about them.

The Oak of ages effects AND cost are shared by the two players both in grand campaign and the mini campaign.
The beastmean invastion scripts are remade and added in coop play in the Seasons of Revelation campaign.
Note that the coop victory conditions are the same as normal - see below

Caveats and important elements

- the oak of ages costs a lot of amber, so be sure that the Argwylon player can afford it too before upgrading it
- I couldn't change the main Oak icon unfortunately. But the effects for the players are working and displayed as a normal effect.
- Many script functions don't work well in multiplayer or are fully disabled. I had to remove all the advisor interventions in the mini campaign, and the beastmen spawn are a bit delayed, because of a nasty bug with declaration of war.
- this mod was very difficult to test and many things could have escaped my gaze, please be understanding and report any important bugs.
- the beastmen attack are roughly 50% more present than in the solo mode. They will still attack the Oak rather than anything else.
- the victory conditions haven't changed for two reasons : this requires changing the startpos file and can mess up with many other mods. There was no way to fullfill the final quest for both players. Instead there is a message and the beastmen are removed if you managed to complete the story. It's up to you to see if you want to go on and fullfill the normal win conditions. On the opposite, losing the Oak of Ages is not an instant loss, but you're advised to gracefully take your loss if it happens.

COMPATIBILITY

All the database additions shouldn't cause any issue. I added my scripts but had to change those of the mini campaign. For the larger main campaign, the only existing file changed is required.lua. If you have compatibility issues, you may try to change this file to always include my own lua script in the grand campaign.

Neither scenario is save game compatible. This mod shouldn't interfere with the solo play or campaign without 2 elven players. Please notice me if any issue arises.

The tree sharing part is in the grand campaign. I didn't add the invasions or the objectives, since they are less important than in the mini campaign [and it's complicated to do]. But with a "halved" economy there is already enough challenge for two wood elves in the grand campaign
