Dark Carnival: Beta Styled Slide

Description
It's been a really long time since I've released a mod so here's a quick one that I'm surprised no one did before.

This mod changes the design of the slide in Dark Carnival to match the color scheme of the slide seen in old videos of L4D2.

Kind of weird that Valve changed these small details that nobody may notice.
