Veles System - Survival Update Ready

Description
Welcome to the Veles system, an entirely new solar system to play with in survival. From my testing this world seams to work fine with the survival update, just don’t land on the black whole!

=============================================================================

Summary: The Veles system consists of 5 planets and 6 moons all “orbiting” a large black hole with a sun on the outer edge of the system.

=============================================================================

Backstory: In the year 2091, Astronomers found a space anomaly approximately 2 light years from earth. Many believed the anomaly to be a worm hole to another solar system. By 2092 reports of drones making a round trip to and from the system spread. Pirates, privet companies and even government star ships started traveling through the anomaly in search of freedom and adventure.
You and your crew are on a mission to attempt to establish a trade route between the two systems. Your last memories are entering into cryo sleep.

=============================================================================

Planets:
Dover - A large Earth like planet, breathable oxygen and lots of life, also appears to contain ancient ruins. (Not implemented yet)

HaleE2 – A Large Toxic planet with no oxygen. (Spiders haven’t been activated yet.)
http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=727336776&searchtext=HaleE2

Yumarin – Heavily Acidic atmosphere that will eat right through your Kevlar space suit. Air tight rooms are key on this planet.
http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=913854484&searchtext=Yumarin

Ravcore – one of the closest planets to the sun, a large portion of the planet is covered in molten (not really molten because there is no water in SE) magma that will damage anything that touches it!
http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=668429328&searchtext=Ravcore

Khelek – An ice planet with a very low atmosphere, atmospheric thrusters work more like hover thrusters on this planet.
http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=648720544&searchtext=khelek

Moons:
Midas – Midas may orbit HaleE2 like a moon, but don’t let that fool you, it has high gravity and a full atmosphere just like an planet would.
http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=722709808&searchtext=Midas

Erin – One of the two moons orbiting Yumarin. Because it is usually sandwiched between the larger second moon and Yumarin, this moon has some amazing views.

OI – Just like Midas, this mood also has an atmosphere, there is also a lot of underground activity as well, so keep those guns full of ammo!

Sedonia – This moon has so much magnesium you can pick it right out of the dirt. Mabey come here before you go to OI.

Rouge – The red planet of the Veles System (except it is a moon), hens its French name (Rouge = Red).
Space Engineers Vanilla Planet

Spatat – A tiny ice moon with evaporating ice deposits.

@Sternmann So I forgot to test out the wind power on the world and as of this time none of the planets have any wind, so no wind power. This may change as the creators update their mods to support wind. However, the world is fully playable. I currently have a base and I am getting ready to go to space. its just a pain because you must use solar still.

Hey Dok,

It's been a while since I last choked to death on Hale xD So you're saying this system works with the latest update? With wind power and everything?

Hey everyone, good news. Keen did some awesome work with the most recent survival update and this world woks with it. Just start the world and select your planet. (maybe not the black hole!) If you enjoy the world let me know and maybe share it with your friends... But mostly HAVE FUN!

you can add mods any time you want, but currently campaigns are not able to be uploded to the steam workshop so this is just a sandbox version of the campaign

Dude I have to simply say this is one of the most amazing solar systems Ive seen here. First time in SE where ive just taken a ship and flown around looking at the scenary. And the fact that theres going to be a full campaign with this one day?! Incredible. Whether or not you're ideas on this project fully come to life, just know that even by this stage you have put a breath of fresh air into this game again for me. Best of luck to you DoktorDoraro. Cheers

Doraro, have you ever experienced an issue with the assemblers on the base not pulling?
i mean, ive added a 'few' more mods myself ... but i cant for the life of me figure out which one could be causing it.

Thank You! its always nice to know people are enjoy the things you make. Like the video, it was amazing when the sun caressed over the horizon. Space engineers is so cinematic. Some time soon I will release a roadmap of the campaign. Thanks again, glade to hear you are enjoying the map and campaign!

I've fallen in love with your map ever since you started a campain with it and use it on my small community server now. Last night I filmed a start to space from HaleE2 and it was beautiful, so I added the Moonshine Sonata https://youtu.be/3FvQPsZ2CSs
