European Generic Skin Replacement

Description
This mod simply replaces the generic european skin with the romanian skin from the Death or Dishonor DLC, This is a very very basic mod done with very little knowledge of modding, Ignore the out of date warning it should work fine regardless.

If anybody knows how to add a thumbnail without the original files please inform, I no longer have them and could use help.
