Report a translation problem
If all you see is a BIN file, you can extract it as if it were a ZIP. You may need to rename it to 1114787340.ZIP to do so. Then you can see all the files.
Code wise was mostly taking the code the developers created & adapted it to my reactors. The spreadsheet was incredibly beneficial. I tried to keep the power increase close to vanilla, but incentivize building a single big reactor instead of a bunch of small ones via reduced resource cost and increased power output.
