Hello fellow new managers (or old mangers in for retraining) I'm here to give you a helping hand. My name is Steven by the way.
Let's start with basics, these anomalies 9 time of 10 will try to kill your agents so remember to armor your agents accordingly. Also on that note, A panicked agent is worst than a escaping anomaly. I know, I know it sounds ridiculous but a panicked agent will try to kill your other agents and clerks(low level agents WILL die by clerks befor agent recovering teams can respond). Panicked agents will fight anomalies to the death and not retreat (sounds good on paper but this is not good at all). Panicked agents, if left alone to long WILL commit suicide (this only happens when they are the only person left alive on that branch after a good while of time being alone).

Moving on to agent recovery and this only applies to living agents, died ones are cleaned up by clerks after a work shift. THE ONLY WAY TO RECOVER A PANICKED AGENT IS WEAPONS THAT DEALS WHITE DAMAGE, all other types will kill that agent. WARNING, if the panicked agent is fighting other agents with a white damage weapon it will cause other agents with low mind points to panic as well. If all panicked agents in a fight have white damage weapons it can cause panic loops where they are unpanicing and repanicking each other, these loops usually break up them selfs as time passes on or you can send a new agents with a white damage weapon to tip the balance of the panic fight.(clerks are only employees that die of white damage)

Now moving on to my strategy for running my facility. In the first 5 days of your management you need train you agents up on you beginning anomalies. Then you move them down as more of your facility starts opening up. YOUR AGENTS CAN BE OVERQUALIFIED FOR THEIR JOB. This sounds ridiculous right, but it's true. Anomalies can be picky about who works on them, some like inexperienced agents to work on them. While other (very very lethal) anomalies like more experience agents. Also despite preconception that agents are expendable, (experienced) agents are worth their weight in gold. Remember to be postponing any anomaly information gathering (if possible) until you reach memory repository imprint (aka checkpoint) where you can use your local time loop to not lose any (experienced) agents.

Also them monkeys of programmers messed up your main HUD, so here's some corrections.
Prudence=Wisdom
Temperance=Moderation

Huh, clerks are so useless that their minds break completely irreversibly when struck by a good amount of White damage.
