Machina Civilization

Adds the machina civilization to the game.

Trait: All units gain Cover 1 thanks to the high quality metal used to fabricate them.

UU- Fortress Mechon: a replacement for the tank, it has one less movement but can see farther and is good against helicopters.

UB- Data centre: replaces the library. In addition to science, it gives +2 culture and increases its production by 30%. Has one specialist slot.

Special thanks to Kael for his modding guide, "And Peggy" for making the High Entia and Nopon civilizations, which inspired me to make this one and Monolith Soft for making Xenoblade Chronicles.

Comments:
I wanted to make the data centre give +1 culture for each era that has passed since it was built, but that requires lua :(

I plan to update the mod to fix the civilization icon, to tweak the mechon and building if they are too good or too bad and to write the remaining civilopedia entries.

Requires BNW. If you don't have it, the UU will be unlocked after combustion and there may be other problems.

Egil's dialogue is based on pre-mechonis core Egil.
It's my first mod so don't expect a lot :D
