Disruptor discovered the true destructive power of the storm. Incorporating technology of his ancestors with that of his own. He has been able to truly harness the power of the storm.

The new conduit weapon acts as a catalyst for him to manipulate the power that is captured by the harness. Acting much like a mage uses a wand, he is able to utilize his technology for pinpoint attacks.

Disruptor had to design armor to store some of the excess energy that the new pack could draw into itself. His shoulder and bracers have battery elements that allow for bursts over a larger area.
