Neutral Start and Affinity

Description
This probably being the last major patch for WH1 i decided to remake my old Neutral mod.

What does it do?
Eliminates nearly all starting wars and diplomatic agreements. (read further down which can't be changed)
Make everyone have 0 affinity for each other, no positive or negative relations.
Put's everyones personality to "random" by default.

Note: Chaos wars crashes the game if removed (unless playing as chaos) and the empire vs sessesionist war is scripted and can't be removed unless i delve into scripting (which i wont do). I also left the wars against the karak eight peaks faction alone since it's a main feature of the crooked moon and angrund campaigns.

Why make this mod? Isn't it a little pointless and\or cheating?
The goal is to diversify the campaign, make it less predictable. Factions will now make new alliances they didnt before, they should act more random so you shouldn't see the same faction being aggressive every game
With affinity set to 0, factions won't war against the same faction everytime either (Karak Kadrin vs red eye f.ex.)
With a clean slate, variation from game to game should go up. And it should be more fun.

Other mods?
It works very well with mods altering personalities and mods touching upon diplomacy. Conquer everywhere works well with it too.
However it is incompatible with mods which alters the startpos files such as crynsos faction unlocker and the capital building slot mods.

Could you make a mod for total war warhammer 1 that makes everyone really like each other, I feel like it would be a very interesting experience

Yep, most mods need to remain enabled from start to finish :)

Deathy: your are entirely correct. I turned off the 10-slots in each capital mod and then your mod worked. Thanks. Useful! Tragically, you can't just start the game with yours and then turn it off, because the 10 slots mod needs to be active when the campaign is first started, evidently.

Probably a conflicting mod, anything editing the startpos file or cultural relations table conflicts.
Examples would be crynsos faction unlocker, more building slots and diplomatic affinity.

Diplomatic affinity overrules the affinity changes this mod makes.
But the neutral start should still happen i think, bit unsure about that though.

This looks fun. I added it, but it seems to clash with Diplomatic Affinity.
