This is a low residential growable version of the RICO asset found here http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1106458497

It is my first growable. There may be some kinks to work out.

I made it level 1 so you can see it as soon as people start to move in. I can't get that building level lock mod to work, but if you can and you want to keep this growable locked I encourage you to do so. The alternative is to make your own RICO settings for it, which is what I do. Although I know not everyone hand paints their cities so I kept it growable to meet everyone half way.

this looks exactly like the one right off the Diversey stop

I don't know why but this building will spawn in a low density residential zone as a l3 commercial building.
