Report a translation problem
It's been a bit since I've much messed with Starbound but you should be able to put
"includes" : ["Phox"]
in your mod's metadata to have full access to my mod's assets to patch/replace in your own. If memory serves me correctly, you don't need to actually have phox as well for this to work - if it doesn't find what it includes it just won't "patch" those files.
If you're doing something like racial abilities or some sort of similar extension you're more than welcome to include these guys.
As long as you don't have them standalone (ie Play as a phox without this mod) I don't really care what you do :3
