From Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade, lead Roy of Pherae and the New Kingdom of Lycia to glory!

UA: For Whom I Must Protect
Units earn +10% more XP from combat per City-State Ally, up to +50%. During peace, earn +50% more Influence from completing City-State quests. While at war with a major civilization, gain +15% Production in all cities.

UU: Ardent Paladin (Knight)
Weaker than the Knight [17 vs. 20] but faster [5 movement vs 4]. Starts with the Shock I promotion, and receives a combat bonus when attacking (+25%).

UB: Marquesses Castle (Castle)
Provides a weaker defensive bonus than the Castle, and costs 2 GPT to maintain. Does not require Walls to build. +10% Production towards Melee and Mounted Units. If built in the Capital, costs no maintenance and provides +1 Culture for every 2 City-State allies; in other cities, it will instead provide +2 Production.

I have actually found out that Lycia's paladins are associated with that of France's knights. I hope this will be a chance that I have to ethnicize that unique unit. Those graphics belong to danrell will be confined to this civ as unique units, instead of the mod authors having to make a 'Ethnic Units' Fire Emblem edition which will cause problems like cities disappearing...

Roy doesnt show up on leaders.

I can't gey Roy to show up as a selectable leader. Does it require a DLC or am I doing something wrong? I am new to modding.
