I'm glad I found this old post since it solved my new FPS problem 8 hours into the game. Solid 60fps which then dropped between 40-50fps after crossing a certain bridge in the game.

What software is everyone using to track framerate? My OSD doesn't render from EVGA Precision X. I have everything 4K maxed on a 1080ti with HDR and I can definitely tell it's way above 30. Likely 45-55, but close to 60. Looks great.

Well, can you try these same settings with V-Sync off?

Shit... Have got 4K 65 inch TV, but my laptop can't handle it for sure. It can barely run desktop in that resolution. Think the time is coming to upgrade it. And that was even two years ago what you posted...

I have a similar hardware and everything maxed out on 3620x2036 (DSR). My framerate is somewhere at 65 to 70 Hz (144Hz Monitor, V-Sync Off).
