Shame its difficult but I am proud of you for getting that working before I said anything as that is impressive, if ever gets released with instructions id be willing to follow them in an attempt to make it happen for myself too. But I understand that is was a lot of work for you it sounds like so no pressure! I just love both sounds and I am now envious you can use both. lol.

it would be awesome if we could somehow have this & and the re4 ammo pickup sound at the same time without conflicting over one another, someone has to make a mod capable of such a thing through scripting or something that allows independent pickup sounds or something, rng item sounds.

wow this was posted 30 mins after I already checked the Resi workshop. I thought I'd check aagain, and behold: a beautifully subtle mod (similar to Silent Hill 3 pickup). Noice :steamhappy:
