It's pretty much scream's Vector mod, but without the VGUI (causes consistency errors/boots people from servers.)
Used with permission.

i like this kriss Vector to fit the Mp5. because there arn't any for the mp5.

It is on Cele's animations; it might explain why it's long. Also probably because the only available one too.
