The Spirit - Low Cost Starter CV

Greetings Galactic Survivors!

The Spirit started out as a cheap solution for exploring servers! My goals were to make a ship that would be spawnable at a low level with very little resource, but without sacrificing looks and functionality. I ended up with a ship grew to love.

This version of the ship does not have many weapons. I leave that up to the player to configure the ship as necessary. But the ship IS air tight as of version 16.3.

I will post a more armored version of the ship as The Dauntless. It has weapons and more functional decor, like a shower, toilet, and a table.

@Jonty86 space for a warp drive and a tank is there for you when you decide to put one in.

After tinkering with the in Creative mode this is poorly designed, just to make you aware you will need to add an Warp Drive and a Pentaxid Tank

Lukas, I did, I had trouble with a version of Empyrion that made the whole thing illegal. I still need to go back and fix it.

Both are ver easy to get off asteroids. Just get a small ship and do some EVA mining.
Buy an eva suit if you dont have one.

You can purchase neodymium from the outpost or orbit, and you can get sathium from harvesting the hardened steel from crashed CV's and using the factory. When you put the hardened steel into something that needs iron the left over sathium will be deposited into your inventory. Just be warned that if you choose something that requires sathium it will just go into the factory even if the sathium requirment is full.

Everyone says its super cheap. 1 - at the start of the game, when will you get sathium or neodymium

Its no longer low cost, requires over 1K neo to construct
