Description

WWI German Albatross D.V. fighter. The Albatross D.V. was a fighter aircraft during WWI used by the Luftstreitkrafte. Manufactured by Albatros Flugzeugwerke with a Mercedes D. III engine the first flight was taken April 1917. The Albatross had a top speed of 186 km/h, a range of 350 km, a wing span of 9.05m, and a length of 7.33m. Without question, the German combat machine of the Great War that we should be remembering more than any other. Wind in your hair, oil on your face, pilot the Albatross for your next dog fight.
