Description
Elibe's own Bern, from Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade and Blazing Blade is available for Civilization V!
Lead your Wyvern Lords to battle as the twisted humanity-hating King Zephiel, the wise, beautiful, righteous Narcian or the beloved Princess Guinivere!

Zephiel: Liberator of Dragonkind
Mountains provide +2 Food and +2 Production when worked. Conquered cities suffer no Resistance penalties and each conquered city in the empire increases Great People generation by +10%.

UU: Dragon General (Great General)
Has 3 movement and can fly over impassable terrain. Intimidates enemies up to two tiles away, reducing their combat strength by -15%. Cannot build Citadels.

UB: Royal Manse (Arsenal)
Available at Banking. Doubles the yields of Mountains for Bern. +10% Production. Provides bonus defense to the city it's built in.

Narcian: Righteous General
Mountains provide +2 Food and +2 Culture when worked. All Luxury resources provide +1 Culture and +1 Gold. When at war with a Major Civilization, earn 1 Delegate in the World Congress for every 2 cities you own.

UU: Wyvern Lord (Knight)
Is able to fly over terrain, including impassable obstacles like Mountains. Deals bonus damage to wounded units. Requires Iron instead of Horses to build.

UU: Dragon General (Great General)
Has 3 movement and can fly over impassable terrain, much like the Wyvern Lord. Intimidates enemies up to two tiles away, reducing their combat strength by -15%. Cannot build Citadels.

Guinivere: Rebirth of the Empire
Buildings that provide Culture also provide Production. Expending Great People generates a lump sum of Culture that scales with each era.

UU: Royal Guard (Knight)
Cheaper but weaker than the Knight. Can fly over impassable terrain, much like the Wyvern Lord. Noticeably stronger when near the Capital city. Requires Iron instead of Horses.

UB: Royal Manse (Arsenal)
Available at Banking. +3 Culture and +3 Production. If the Royal Manse is able to be built in a city near a Mountain, you can build a special version that provides a +25% bonus to Great People generation in that city.

Zephiel, true to his nature as an ambitious and perhaps crazed king, cares about little else than his ambition. He will actively seek to win the game throughout whatever method possible -- most likely domination -- and will not hesitate to work against those barring his path. However, should you not infuriate the King, he will either remain Neutral, or perhaps even make a good ally.

Narcian, to put it simply, is rude, vain, and obsessed with culture and gold; while Zephiel is blunt in his ambition, Narcian is incredibly deceitful and will not hesitate to backstab someone if it will save his own skin. Despite his arrogance, Narcian is a coward and won't go to war unless he has a noticeable advantage, such as allying against a common enemy. Still, watch out, for Narcian's unpredictability is his greatest strength.

Guinivere is the most peaceful and diplomatically-concerned out of the three leaders of Bern. She prioritizes diplomatic well-being above all else and will try to please the needs of her friends and potential allies. Rarely will you find Guinivere to be much of a warmonger, although she's not always a very welcoming and warm leader. Still, make allies with her and you will find yourself with a loyal queen at your side.

Also, I have to ask, is there a particular reason the .civ5mod file doesn't have a "(v NUMBER)" at the end of its filename? Usually, most mods have that.

The mod straight up refuses to extract properly, sadly. I've tried multiple work arounds including un/re-subbing, creating a folder with the same name and moving the .civ5mod file into the folder, downloading through the direct link provided in the mod description and extracting the files there, and using a Steam workshop downloader, none of which worked. When trying the direct link approach, a number of files refused to extract, including the .modinfo file.

It won't let me extract the files due to an unspecified error.

@Darksteelrob
Extract the .civ5mod file to Documents -> My Games -> Sid Meier's Civlization V -> MODS. The mod should then auto-extract itself when you go into your mod menu in-game.

It downloads from the workshop as an archive for some reason. Just open it as an archive and drag the folder out into the mods folder.
