Functions as a an actual parking lot but can be found in Parks.
It will not attract people or create fake usage.

NOTE: The use of TM:PE parking features is highly recommended to properly utilize all parking spaces. It is available here:

Has 3 required items.
Not subscribing should not break the asset however it will lack some of the visuals.

UPDATE 08/09/2017:
- small positional changes
- removed the iron fences (I have no idea what I was thinking when I added them originally...)
- removed 1 disabled spot
- added custom disabled signs (additional requirement)
- changed entertainment values (they were so low, they had almost no impact whatsoever)
