Craftable Ice and Snow

In vanilla Starbound, the only way to get Snowballs necessary to make Ice Cream and Snowcone recipes is to fly to cold planets and pick snow up off of the ground...

I don't know about you, gentle reader, but the first culinary skill I learned as a child was how to freeze water, followed quickly and naturally by how to crush frozen water.

This mod introduces two basic recipes, in Starbound fashion, to all levels of the workbench, allowing you to create Ice, which can then be crushed into Snow. Progression also follows standard Starbound style:

• Crafting Ice is known from the beginning of the game (pretty sure you threw enough after-training parties during your Protectorate Academy days to know how to freeze water).
  
• Picking up Ice for the first time triggers an epiphany in the act of crushing Ice into Snow (because you can't know everything from the get go).
  
• From there, vanilla progression takes over for weaponizing Snow at an Anvil (o_O), then preparing weaponized Snow, aka Snowballs, into dessert. Go home Starbound, you're drunk.
