So yeah. Not a fan.
Would be much more realistic if you would for starters half the number of factories/resources and the ammount of research bonuses given, or give much smaller bonuses. Have the starting gun be the 1918 one. The Ottoman empire was SEVERELY outdated and corrupt during WW I, and even though got a huge reform before the war, it was still far off from being able to do anything in WW II, henche them being neutral and not joining the allies. As Turkey basicly knew that the axis will loose.
Henche the reason I hate germany's Befriend Turkey focus.
