Includes:
- First-person arms
- In-game, Incap and Lobby icons

PS: Obviously a Work-in-Progress since the model doesn't look that great due to the Coach's animations. When I figure out how to fix them, I'll update both this model and the L4D2 Charather pack

If anyone knows how to and willing to to share how to fix this, I would really much apreciate the help!
