Works for both Vanilla and WotC, full heroes support when used in WotC

Make-up used in Avenger-Preview comes from audioIX's Character Paint Pack
Hair used in Avenger-Preview comes from Destroyer's Male Hair Pack
Head used in Avenger-Preview comes from ²²²'s Not so super soldiers

Credits: Rocksteady and Daybreak Game Company (along with Warner Bros and Sony) for making Batman Arkham series and DC Universe Online, Mark Hamill for providing The Joker's voice in all of those games.

So... bit of a funny story with this mod. Started a new campaing, starting at Templar HQ... and the starting Templar got assigned this voicepack, and this info in the biography: "Rumor has it he may have conducted tests on himself that left him unstable"

Oh. Wow. Thank you for the fast reply. Also, may I get copies of those voiceline files? I am planning to host villain themed party and your joker voicelines seemed just too perfect to play it on speaker.

@BrotherBlood111: Do you use default game-launcher? Apparently Firaxis "fixed" it and disabled ability to run non-WotC mods when starting WotC.

Check Alternative Mod Launcher https://github.com/X2CommunityCore/xcom2-launcher/releases/latest and see if that fixes it.
