NXO-L009-S - Sthenos Space Cargo Freighter

For the solo employee or contractor in Nexus Omnium's fleet, NXO proudly introduces the Sthenos (Endurance) space cargo freighter. A long-distance hauler, this ship was designed specifically to move large shipments of various resources in its six large cargo containers along dedicated traffic lanes. It is capable of automatically sorting materials through use of Taleden's Inventory Manager, and includes two separate docking bays.

It shares the civilian solar array configuration typical of NXO fleets, with 36 solar panels and 12 oxygen farms, but with a special twist: the Sthenos' solar array can actually fold against the hull, reducing its overall profile significantly in order to accommodate many different docking ports. The rear airlock includes NXO's proprietary Universal Airlock System, and the fore end of the ship includes an extendable docking boom - both include docking cameras for ease of operations.

Although it is designed to operate inside dedicated shipping lanes, the Sthenos includes two gatling turrets as ship deterrents; 10 interior turrets as a point-defense against meteor, missile, and pirate alike; and a decoy deployment system in order to draw enemy fire.
