someone needs to figure out a way to make a world generator that allows infinite map size for this engine. maybe the next source engine will allow for bigger maps XD

Not a problem :)

Ah I see. Well im sorry about the paying part, can't really help there, and I am really sorry about it, cuz I love the map. Also I understand that nodding it might be boring, just as you explained, no grudge against it :)
Anyway I still enjoy playing on it alot. Just an idea tough, Ive seen maps (like gm atomic) where only on a very small area of the map the ai actually does somthing. Might it not be possible just to node a really smal area. If not, no problem. Thanks for the map again! ;)

Ok, I did a little bit of research and experimentation: For a map of this size, I need to put down at least 961 ground nodes (Even at a whopping 1024 apart - around 26m), placing each (because of the displacement nature of the map) almost by hand. I calculated that this would take me about 10 hours of fairly mindless boring work, this just for the ground nodes alone, let alone the air ones. Unfortunately this means that unless you are ether willing to pay me for my time or have an easy way of placing them, it isn't going to happen any time soon... (I had a look at map_edit commands as well, and they don't really make it any faster.) Come to think of it, the same applies to all of my current maps :(

Sure. Will read up on them and have a shot at it.

Hey man, I actually enjoy your map alot, have been playing non stop on it. Is there anyway you can put some ai Nodes on it? even if they are simple?
