I'll just bump my own stat suggestions here:

+Slowly regenerates ammo when not firing.
-Cannot supply ammunition from dispensers or ammo drops.
(+Slightly faster sandvich regeneration?)

This is a minigun, not a building. Upgrading, sapping and dropping as a dispenser don't seem very good ideas for a Heavy primary weapon.
