Lightweight Scrolls

Description
Drops the weights of all scrolls (including DLC and mod added if SKSE is installed) from 0.5 to 0.1.

Supports *only* Czech, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Russian and Spanish. If you'd like support for another language, please PM me.

Uninstall: Open your console and enter "StopQuest LightweightScrollsQUST", then save and deactivate the plugin.

aussie_lucas: Lightweight Potions and Poisons and Poisons will use SKSE if it's there to reweigh mod added potions (in certain contexts), but it doesn't require SKSE, no.

luff-MEISTER: Right on! :) There's still a pending Dragonborn update. Have to free up some time/energy...
