Memory Lane

Description
Let's take a ride in Memory Lane number 12, where a chamber from the past as well as a new one made by me await you.
I made this two chambers mainly to test a different style. I placed a couple of references and easter eggs around the map, let's see if you can find them.

Played this over a year ago and couldn't figure it out. Came back to it today and solved it. I'm not sure if my solution was the intended one because it was not elegant on how I got the laser to do what it needed to do. Still, a challenging and economical puzzle. Nice work!

I liked to play this map, but also I think I cheated the end:

Is this the intended way?

I had trouble at the end. Finally realized I didn't need the steps. great game.

Unintended solution discovered, the button that pulles the portal surface above the faith plate is completly useless, I understand the intended way, bot IMO putting the cubes on the thing instead of faith plaiting them into the funnel is much simpler, reuses elements better and requires an unexplored game mechanic. My advice - just remove the button.
Also the portal surface you need to aim at can use some more ligthing - really hard to see on small monitors, but that's alright.

Apart from that - great puzzle!!

Not quite as intended I differed for cube retrieval/movement and then laser placement on the bridge. Thanks for creating.

Ok I solved it, but it feels like I broke a few things, I'll look at your walkthrough and see how close I came to intended.

Fantastic work, a clever puzzle with wonderful visuals yet again....I do however have two complaints: I personally did'nt like your fog color choice, for large bts areas like that, more blue mixed in makes it look nicer. Those large yellow gantry truss things look awkward to me, with those "feet" things just not touching anything. I like the use of them in bts areas, but to make them look less awkward, I clone one underneath the other, and line the "feet" up.

Overall 9/10
