Description
Tie Fighter Transport, With Tie-Fighters Included!

Republic Version here

*From the Holonet*
The Gozanti-class cruiser was a starship that could act as a freighter and cruiser. It sported a twin laser turret in a dorsal mount and a heavy laser cannon on its ventral side. The Gozanti also had a loading elevator on the bottom near the nose and docking ports to the side near the cockpit section. The ships had a hyperdrive and three engines. The Imperial version could choose to carry either four TIE/ln space superiority starfighters, or have one swapped for a TIE/sa bomber, two All Terrain Defense Pods or even two All Terrain Armored Transports on underside-mounted docking clamps which were connected to corridors inside the vessel. The Imperial ships were widened, with new side extensions stretching over the engines, and the dorsal radar dish was moved to the center. The large ventral, double dish radar was abandoned in favor of docking struts for TIE fighters. The ships could fit in the main hangar of a Separatist supply ship.
*End Transmission*

Took some liberties in the Tie-Fighters docking collars, left the loading bay for when pistons work again and mostly based this off the gozanti from x-wing the miniatures game. A lot of versions once more exist in lore, so I went for the most scalable one and using the base form the republic version.

Let me know down below and as a rating what your experience is with this ship, and do you like this one, or the republic gozanti better?

Which TIE fighter version do I use for this?

Was able to weld it all up though, which is a huge win as compared to some "survival-ready" ships that aren't - But if you're going to use this, 1> Build (and keep) in space (mars, moon etc untested) and 2> leave projection on while making, so you can rip off the top armor panels and try to add conveyors and tubes to make things work; you CAN easily get the handful of stuff on the left and right sides linked up through the free/empty area just below the top/side armor blocks, some of the other stuff will be much more of a challenge or could be moved to that same area.

How has no one commented, in all these years about the utterly broken conveyor system? I mean amazing ship design, for real, it's just a shame that like, there's barely ANY connectivity with this thing. About 4 cargo containers here, 4 there. O2 generators all over; not hooked up to anything. You'll need a team on this ship just to move resources and such to make it work :( Also, empty, was unable to exit Earth-like's atmosphere, but YMMV.

Having an Updated Pre-Imperial Gozanti in Separatist or Republic paint jobs would also be spectacular, as a Connoisseur of the Clone Wars talking anyway.

Gozanti updated? would be perfect, your ties would become the perfect fit without modification

The Gozanti is a personal favorite class of mine, I'd love to see her in updated glory!

Should I? It's a boat from 2017... Nothing changed in that time right?!??! But if people want Gozanti, I will bring Gozanti

Any plan to update this?
