Reload - Turn On/Off attack effect(You must be a superadmin or in singleplayer.)

Console Vars:
rr_attackeffect - "1" // Attack Effect for NPC/Nextbot corpses.
rr_shake - "1" // Shake effect.

Know bugs:
Attack Effect not working for multiplayer serverside corpses and odessa model.
