Compatible: G+K only

If an Engineer provides enough hammers to complete production, the current item is finished on the same turn.

Compatibility: not compatible with other mods overriding UnitPanel.lua. Ask the maker of your favorite mod for a merge.

Yes. It overrides UnitPanel.lua with an edited version, which is G+K specific. There are likely better ways of achieving the effect, but I'll leave those to a better modder.
