[E2] Legacy HTTP Core

Description
This is the HTTP extension developed by McLovin from the (July 2017) Wiremod source. It's intended for use in legacy versions of wiremod.

Allows you to interface with APIs and other web services on the World Wide Web from within the Garry's Mod virtual space.
