Ok! ill have to redo it a few times, the mods required are the following mods already here, and the 2 50mod list you made, (not every mod but all just to be safe lol)

Im gonna expand it by making the ground floor a shop, the basement a drones control room, the other building a experiment building (dupes) and the other ground level places industrial stuff.
