Man I really enjoyed this one! Getting caught while building the solution (twice), asking to go even further to figure out the intended way (I believe to be the same as a video linked below), was so good to experience! (Had a hard time performing the penultimate jump, though )
Is it also fair to count the panels to note platform heights?

Looked impossible, but was quite straightforeward when thinking backwards. Great idea!

Satisfying, not a collab map with Mevious? That's odd, it is tough like one, I like a clean but satisfying PTI map straight from Puzzlemaker.

If someone needs help, the game can be solved at 3 stages:
1. Going from lower fling panel to the balcony right above the entrance.
2. Reshuffle portals between the balcony and basement so the portals are balcony here and balcony there.
3. Quicksave here: https://steamproxy.net/profiles/76561197994318221/screenshots/#scrollTop=0 so you can fling up to the flip right above the entrance for last long shot, I did cock up twice only on 3rd try I have it ready.

Loved this one, felt like a true test of mechanics and had a very satisfying progression.

Really clever solution, uses several mechanics taught in earlier puzzles to make some thing amazing!

I had hard time at first because I didn't see the white walls that would bring me back to the 1st section

Neat. Was a bit afraid of getting out of the "behind the grate" area at the end, but as soon as I figured out what the map actually wanted me to do, I had the ending done in no time. An interesting design.
