Fires a syringe that buffs the target's stats temporarily at the cost of small self-damage to the Medic
Buffs rotate: speed, jump, damage, or resistance

On hit: 20% chance to give Medic +25 over-heal
On kill: Leaves a twitching organ sack on the ground (can be picked up for 50 HP)
