The best way you can help the special ed student is by documenting everything you see. Don't record anyone with your phone without their permission in school but write down everything you see them do to your classmate and report it to your guidance counselor, the special education teacher and consult your pastor. Starting rumors about the bully might make you feel good but revenge just creates a cycle of retaliation that ends up hurting everyone in the end I know it's extremely frustrating and disheartening to see someone who may have a hard time sticking up for themselves get hurt, but instead of adding to the cycle of hurt, use that frustration for to help, not to hurt.
