I wanted to mention first that when this happens to please check the Ubisoft Support Twitter[www.ubisoft.com] and/or the Rainbow Six Siege service status page[www.ubisoft.com] as there could be an ongoing outage. If that is the case, please wait for the outage to be resolved before attempting to play your game again. However, if you are not seeing an outage but are still unable to connect or are disconnecting, then please complete the steps below:

- Clear the cache in Steam
- Clear the cache in Ubisoft Connect[www.ubisoft.com]
- Complete our connection guide[www.ubisoft.com]
- Check your NAT type[www.ubisoft.com]
- If you are using Wi-Fi, please also review our guide here[www.ubisoft.com]
- Forward the ports for the game.
